John called me back within the times he said he would as well as having updates with information I requsted. From the time we started working on the deal until we closed the deal, John was extremely personable which made the car buying experience a pleasat one. Best car buying experience ever. I started my experience with Brandon Honda via the Internet, Rachel Cristie contacted me with lightening speed and we set up an appt. When I arrived I started my experience with Brandon Honda via the Internet, Rachel Cristie contacted me with lightening speed and we set up an appt. When I arrived the receptionist quickly paged Rachel and she greeted us within a few minutes, with keys and plates in hand after the road test we were ready to work out a deal. Rachel and her manager Daniel Buchler worked very hard to bring the numbers to something we could agree on and it did not take long. We drove our Honda CRV home that day very pleased with our deal.
