Even the negotiations process was very smooth, and we never felt pressured. Finance worked out pricing for the 2015 EX and EX-L trims, since we were trying to decide between to trim levels. We were able to have the price decreased on the 2015 EX-L without any "hard negotiating." Since the color I wanted was not in stock, Brian spoke with management, who located my vehicle at a sister dealership and had it brought to the Brandon dealership the next day (no extra charge). Brian guided me through many of the features of my new SUV, including Honda Link and setting up my bluetooth. I would gladly buy another vehicle from Brandon Honda in the future and highly recommend them! More

Great Customer Service and Great Prices I had recently visited other Honda dealships within Pasco county and Hillsborough county to purchase a Honda CRV 2014, however i did not purchase due I had recently visited other Honda dealships within Pasco county and Hillsborough county to purchase a Honda CRV 2014, however i did not purchase due to no option to negotiate on a price, therefore on Nov. 6th I went into Brandon Honda to purchase my new Honda CRV 2014, and Joe Saab was my sales person. I had stated that this is the maxium price i am willing to pay before my trade in, and Joe was very helpful, and within 5 minutes we were signing paper work to purchase our new car. Joe and his manager Ferris Hamdan did not take up my time, and came to the point of my asking price and made me a deal. Infact I ended up paying less then i was willing to pay. After looking around I knew I wanted a Honda, a great ride, something I didn't have to stand up from, and on the smaller side. I went over to Brandon Honda and it had a great first impression, Rammie Hamdan came up and introduced himself. He asked our purpose and we quickly told him we were out to see what Honda had but wouldn't be buying. We actually thought there is a closer Honda dealership to our home and we would finalize things there but happened to be in the Brandon area. Rammie was still happy to help us look. I wanted to see all the cars starting with the CRV and drive them to get an idea of noise and road. After going through 4 cylinder vs 6 cylinder, difference in Limited vs EX, I had spent a lot of time with Rammie. He was very patient, helpful, and able to answer all my questions on which car had what. With his help, i decided the Crosstour was the car for me. Knowing 2015 models had just come out, I didn't think Brandon Honda would be willing to make me an offer that would tempt me so I was perfectly prepared to go home and wait till March or April which is when I decided I'd replace my old car. The first purchase information sheet confirmed this and I was ready to go. Ferris Hamdan, the Executive Manager, came out and told me he really wanted my business. He gave me an offer that I couldn't walk away from so I drove home in my new Crosstour. I had a great experience, did not feel pushed into buying anything but found a great deal and couldn't leave it on the table. What a great sales team. I look forward to a future relationship with Brandon Honda. More
