Joe Sabb was extremely patient, and a consummate professional throughout the entire process. I was amazed at his interaction and engaging demeanor, not only with me, but with his past customers as well (in service dept, and returning to buy another car). Due to my last minute schedule change, I left on Friday with a promise to be back on Tuesday to finish everything up - when I arrived on Tuesday, they had the original car ready to go (I changed my mind and went with the Obsidian Blue Accord & not the Hematite Green one) and they were, again, very accommodating. They had me in & out of the dealership in less than 2hrs, and that is with traveling off lot to find the blue one, and prepping it. I've owned more cars than I care to admit, but this is my first Honda & my first experience with Brandon Honda - based on this experience, I can guarantee you that it will not be my last, with either.
