Great Experience with Ali When we first arrived at the dealership Ali greeted us, at first I was hesitant since like all dealerships they jump on you and tend to speak before t When we first arrived at the dealership Ali greeted us, at first I was hesitant since like all dealerships they jump on you and tend to speak before they listen. Ali asked what I was looking for and how he could help and allowed me explain the reason for my visit. My uneasiness began to fade very quickly; he was approachable, down to earth and easy to converse with. He helped me find the vehicle I wanted, without pressure and definitely kept the conversation going which allowed the process to go smoothly. He went back and forth with his manager Hector Nieves who sometime during our visit came by to introduce himself and explained what they were doing. Reassuring things went the way I requested. Once I had my new vehicle Ali explained and assisted me with many of its features and stated and restated if at any point I had any questions I can contact him. Buying a new vehicle with new features can be overwhelming and I truly felt comfortable enough that if I had any questions he would be more than willing to help. Ali has the personality that a lot of sales person lack, very down to earth and relatable. That truly makes a difference to the customer when buying a vehicle. We may be looking for another new vehicle in a year and I would definitely go back to Brandon Honda and see Ali. Maria More

Never having owned a Honda, I was reluctant but from the moment Ali greeted us to working with Hassan and Bo, we were glad we stopped in. Within 2 hours, we drove off in a brand new Honda Accord. I intend to promote Brandon Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. The service was stellar and Ali, Hassan and Bo made all the difference.
