I didn't plan on buying a new CR-V when I went to service my 2012 CR-V. Hassan Slim introduced himself. We just talked in general. I asked him the difference between the new model and mine. I was interested in the GPS system since my old car didn't have one. I told him I was curious about the cost. He introduced me to Randy Marker. Randy and Hassan talked to me about all the options. I still wasn't ready to buy. I made a list of questions I wanted answered. They were able to show me that I could buy a new car with roughly the same payments. The new car had the GPS and more options. After two days I decided to buy. They finalized the deal and gave me additional options I had not considered. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
