My family and myself have been taking our vehicles to Brandon Honda for service for the past few years. We started with only our 2006 Honda Odyssey but eventually transitioned our 3 children their one by Brandon Honda for service for the past few years. We started with only our 2006 Honda Odyssey but eventually transitioned our 3 children their one by one as they started driving a year apart from one another. Our children all have different makes / models ( Toyota, Kia, Nissan) of vehicles and both Andy Augusto and Brandon Honda have welcomed them as part of the family. They have always taken care of the other vehicles never caring that they were not a Honda. Andy has taken care of us each and every time we are there but after this past weeks experience I will never take our cars anywhere else for parts and service. This past week while I was away, my daughter had to take her 2001 Toyota Celica in for service. As a mother, I am always concerned with my children's safety on and off the road. I was concerned being out of town and not able to help if the car needed to stay over night so I contacted Andy Augusto asking if it was a good time for her to bring the car in for service explaining that I was out of town on business and not available to help. Not only did Andy ensure that the service on her vehicle was done correctly; he also treated her with much respect keeping her well informed, made sure she was comfortable and then arranged for the shuttle to take her to and from home while awaiting arrival of a part. Never once treating her as a college kid but rather a friend that needed to be taken care of. Andy's superior customer service and passion for the business goes beyond anything that I could ever write about. I cannot Thank Brandon Honda or Andy Augusto enough for all they have done for us. Just wanted everyone to know that Andy Augusto and Brandon Honda will take care of you as part of the family. Thank you Andy Augusto for renewing faith in Awesome Customer service when it is so rarely found anymore. More
It has been 14 years since I purchased a new car (2000 Honda Accord) but I remembered how stressful purchasing a new car could be. I am a teacher and a single mom so money is a big factor in my decision making. I did a great amount of research before deciding to go to Brandon Honda to purchase a car. When I got there I made my way around to the new cars so I could look around a little by myself before a sales"man" found me. I understand their job is to sell but I wanted to be comfortable with my decisions before speaking to someone. As I was looking at the CRVs Carolyn came walking through the lot asking if I needed help. I mentioned that a friend of mine knew John the owner and recommended I go there. She said it would not be a problem at all to meet John. I immediately felt comfortable with Carolyn. There were concerns I had and certain things that were important to me that I thought a salesperson might find irrelevent but Carolyn completely understood my concerns. Not once did she make me feel like I was asking a "silly question". She showed me all the wonderful features of the CRV and took me to test ride both colors that I liked. Carolyn patiently spent a lot of time with me and I ultimately chose my new car!! Carolyn was absolutely the "perfect fit" for me and I am so glad she found me in the car lot! When it came to the financial portion of the transaction (and the most stressful part) I dealt with Clayton Mardis.
