Right away, Ricky Rosado approached me and my family in a very friendly and low pressure sort of way. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. I saw a car that after taxes after fees was probably going to be out of my price range, and after I drove it - I knew it was the one. After some very fair negotiating, the deal was approved. Ricky made it happen all while remaining very professional and upfront. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. The dealership was full of smiling faces and friendly service. The quality control manager, Grant, was also very nice and helpful. All and all - I could not have asked for a better experience.
