Who wants a hassle when spending your hard earned money? I sure don't, so I appreciate the fine folks at Brandon Honda who were involved with the purchase of my 2014 Civic LX sedan this past week. Hassan Slim was made available to me as my salesperson as when I showed up to the dealership, I requested someone from sales that knew the process from A-Z, no goofing around etc. ( Remember I want no hassles, I'm spending my money here ) Hassan found that I had done my homework before arriving. He gathered my information and made recommendations. A successful test drive was completed and then the paperwork was handled and the deal was struck. Besides being an accomplished representative for Brandon Honda, Hassan is a real person like you and me. Through our conversation that evening, I found an individual that I feel I can consider a friend. This friend provided the positive experience I was looking for when purchasing a vehicle. Hassan utilized the support of Sales Manager Hector Nieves to approve my purchase terms and Hector made time that evening to introduce himself and also make me feel welcome at Brandon Honda. The evening wasn't over as there was plenty of forms to sign, but wow, have things changed from 2001. Business Manager Christopher Shotwell has an amazing tool at his disposal that makes the signing of paperwork a snap! Not only did the signing go very well, but Christopher took the time to truly explain the available options for service and answer my questions. This portion of the sale for some people can be like going to the dentist, but let me say that Christopher was more than a person wanting to get signatures etc. He is a thoroughly knowledgeable representative of the Honda brand and like Hassan & Hector, made me feel like my patronage was truly appreciated, which doesn't always happen at all automotive dealerships. I did not take delivery of my vehicle that night. I picked it up two days later and Hassan had made sure it was spotless, waxed and ready to go. ( Good going detail team! ) On the day of pickup, I had the pleasure of meeting again with Christopher, Hector and Hassan. My car checkout was handled professionally by Quality Assurance Manager Grant Hocking. He made sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle and I was then on my way. I may not being buying another vehicle for quite awhile, but I sure hope when the need arises I can find people like the ones I dealt with during this transaction. I will be returning to Brandon Honda for service so I'm sure I will see some friendly faces. Hopefully rescue dog Zeus as well ! If you don't know Zeus, you will be in for a treat when you take the time to visit him at Brandon Honda. More

Brandon Honda is AMAZING!!! Because of our busy schedules, we came into the dealership pretty late. But that didn't stop them from treating us like gold.
