I was having a bad day :-( and really didn't not want to be bothered or buy a car, but some how Mr. Ron turned my frown upside down, I left the lot with the vehicle we had been looking at :-). His personality was GREAT, considering he turned my entire day around, now that really says a lot about a person of GREAT character!!!!! More
Well I spent the first 5 hours of my day at another dearler ship to find out that they could not find me a car that I was willing to drive. After leaving there with a bitter taste in my mouth, i found dearler ship to find out that they could not find me a car that I was willing to drive. After leaving there with a bitter taste in my mouth, i found my way to Honda of Brandon. Ron was very easy going, and found me the car i wanted. After a couple hours of being there, (do to the banks!) he bought my friend and i dinner! Its the small things that make people like me drive the extra 30 miles to go to Honda of Brandon. Thanks Ron (REACH) Wright! Best regards: Robert Brainard More

I have given this dealership a high rating because of the performance of two people. They are Joe Sabb and Corey Cooper. While at the dealership my wife and I also interacted with Trevino Castro and Bo Eng performance of two people. They are Joe Sabb and Corey Cooper. While at the dealership my wife and I also interacted with Trevino Castro and Bo Engel. We were met at the entrance of the dealership by Trevino. He asked why we were visiting and we told him we were looking for a used vehicle. We also told him that we had received a coupon from the web for a $25 gift card. Trevino said we would need to speak with an internet sales person about the coupon. He advised he would find one for us and also check the inventory to see what vehicles they had to meet our criteria. Then Trevino left us. Joe Sabb came out shortly after Trevino disappeared and helped us with the paperwork for the gift card. We then took a seat in the showroom area and waited for Trevino to come back. While waiting a tall bald gentleman, who I think may have been a manager based on his attire, asked if we were being helped and I told him we were. We sat in the showroom for almost a half hour waiting for Trevino to come back. I finally went to the reception desk and asked them to find Trevino. The same bald gentleman was standing in front of the desk when I went there and he said he would find Trevino. Instead of Trevino coming out Joe Sabb came back out and said he would be helping us. I do not know what happened to Trevino but I suspect he blew us off thinking we were only looking for a lower value used car. Joe on the other hand was the consumate professional. He helped us review the current inventory of vehicles. We initially wanted a 4WD/AWD vehicle. They only had one in the inventory and Joe arranged for us to test drive it. After driving that vehicle we wanted to look at other vehicles and Joe helped us identify another one we were interested in and arranged for us to drive it. When we returned from the test drive Joe met us and had Corey with him. Joe explained that he had stepped in when Trevino dropped us but that he had a prior appointment commitment. He explained that he worked closely with Corey and that Corey would take care of us going while he took care of his prior commitment. We found Corey to be just as professional as Joe. We told Corey we were interested in the vehicle we had just drove and began our negotiations. While negotating with Corey Joe did swing by to make sure everything was going good. We were able to reach an agreement on price and were turned over to Bo to complete the paperwork. Bo pushed us hard to buy extended warranty and when my wife refused seemed to be upset with her. He then rushed her through signing all the paperwork by just pulling it up on the screen and saying sign here, sign here, without taking the time to explain what it was she was signing. He did not even attempt to explain any of the figures. I did stop him at one point and make him explain because I wanted to make sure the final purchase price was what my wife had told Corey she would pay. It was actually $21 higher but my wife said it was okay. From that point on Bo continued to rush my wife through signing the remaining paperwork. Upon getting home we realized the purchase price less what we said was our down payment and the amount being financed were different. It was not a lot but it was a different figure and it was never explained by Bo. We are not happy at all with our experience dealing with Bo. When we were finished with Bo In a nut shell, when I refer people to Brandon Honda I will tell them to avoid Trevino at all costs and if they get Bo as their financial person to watch him like a hawk. I will also tell them to ask for Corey Cooper or Joe Sabb because I know they will be in good hands. . More
