Last week I was put in a very difficult position. I was very apprehensive of shopping for a car through a dealership since my opinion of most car salesmen was not a good one. I felt most salesmen I dealt with in the past were way too pushy and never really listened to what my needs were.They always tried to sell me a vehicle that they were trying to get rid of or one that would give them the highest commission. When my friend Wayne from work told me he had purchased his honda from Brandon Honda and he really was treated well by his salesmen Joe Saab I said okay let's take a ride and I'll take a look. Joe was a very laid back guy who actually listened to what my needs were and was extremely honest with me about what car would fit into my price range and financing arrangements. I really didn't want to get into a high mileage situation because I needed a dependable car for work and had just gone through a tough time with my car. Joe showed me a beautiful red 2011 Mazda 2 with under 43,000 miles. This was the exact type of car I was looking for something good on gas and dependable with not too much mileage. We took the car for a test drive and I was ready to deal. The car was a little bit more expensive then what my loan was offering but Joe assured me we could make it work. Sure enough Joe and Chris came up with a deal that fit my loan budget and took a lot of stress off my situation. Thank you Joe for making me feel so comfortable through a difficult time. Your honesty and integrity are traits your dealership should be very proud of. I would recommend Joe Saab to anybody I know who is looking for a new or used vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Kuhn Honda in July 2013. In November my radio started freezing up when trying to change the station. I was told over and over by Megan Williamson and Eric Vogal that since they could not duplicate the issue they could not fix it. Again after many attempts, the radio and the radio button on the steering wheel were replaced, the issue continued. I filed a complaint with Honda of America on February 28th 2014, who instructed me to take the car back to the dealer, they had the car for 4 days and could not duplicate the issue even though I had sent multiple videos of the occurrence to Seth who shared the videos with Megan and Eric. I picked up the car on Friday March 21st and still was told there was nothing else for them to do until they could duplicate the issue. Once the car was home I realized that there was a rock scratch on the hood that was not there when the car was left on Monday. On Saturday March 22, I planed on taking the car back to the service dept to show them the scratch, when I started the car the radio froze again, I drove to the dealership and spoke to Seth and Eric who finally saw what I was referring to with the radio freezing. Even though Seth had tried explaining to Eric and Megan multiple times my frustration with this issue, it took Eric seeing the event himself to make a decision what to do next. I have been told that they will replace multiple parts one at a time until I determine that the issue is fixed. My biggest frustration is that they could have started this process many months ago if they had just believed my videos. Seth has always been kind and understanding in my frustration with this issue. I would not have proceeded this far without his help. He never made me feel like my issue didn't matter. Seth is probably the only reason that I have continued to bring the car there for service. I hope that there is an end to this frustration soon with the new plan of attack. Only time will tell. And by the way the scratch on the hood was completely taken care of as well. The day I decided to make the purchase, she was busy (I forgot to make an appointment) so Charlie was the one to help me that day. He was also great. At first the numbers didn't come back as I had expected but they both worked together and did everything possible to make sure I left happy and with the car I really wanted. They were both excellent, I truly enjoyed my experience and would refer them to anyone looking to buy a car. I absolutely LOVE my new car. Thank you both for everything!! More

My husband and I have purchased over 14 vehicles through the years with Brandon Honda. This experience has been one of the best one yet. The salesperson, Justin Jerrell, was excellent! I would have to say the best by far that we have had in all the years we have been dealing with Brandon Honda or any dealer. He was very up lifting, curtious and very professional not to mention HONEST every salesperson should take notes from Justin. As he was not all about the sale but made it about what fit us and how we felt and his demenor showed he truely cared. We were undecided to what vehicle we wanted this time, he showed us the Civic, Accord and CRV. We finally decided on the Honda Accord EXL. Now our experience did not end there, as the worst part of buying a vehicle is the haggling of the prices but to my amazement it really was not to bad even though this is the part I hate the most I have to say it was the best negotiation I have had and they made it kinda fun at times. The manager, sorry but his name escapes me, was just as professional as Justin, made the process really smooth. We were so pleased with this experience that we decided to get my son a vehicle as well. His process was even better, quick and smooth did not expect that at all. Once this was done we had one more stop, finance. The lady that did both of our financing paper work was a woot. She had a great personality and did her job well. We had a lot of fun with her. She made the paperwork part fun it was such a great experience all around. I just wish I could remember the manager and finance ladies name as they deserve recognition for their part in our experience in all this. I will recommend family and friends not just to Brandon Honda but pacificaly to our salesperson, Justin, the manager and finance lady. I cannot say enough about these three people except that Brandon Honda should be greatful for these employees, as employees like them are what make the business great and make people like myself want to come back. I hope you recognize these employees as they are not just a number within your company but what makes your company strive above others.
