At this time, I was looking for a CR-V but didn't have to buy a vehicle because mine was working just fine, it was an older vehicle (2002). Joe met with me in prior to noon and we discussed what I wanted out of my vehicle and where I wanted to be with the CR-V. We test drove the vehicle and me my all of my demands. He was very polite and pleasant. I could hear his smile and the sincerity in his voice as he answered every question I asked, and when he wasn't sure about the answer to one question he immediately researched and came back with the answer. He was honest. He didn't make something up that I wanted to hear. I admire honesty so I made an appointment to visit Brandon Honda on Saturday even though I lived 2 hours away in Deltona. I had to cancel the first appointment due to an on going health issue of mine. When I notified Jerry he was understanding and gracious. I told him I would schedule another appointment when I was able. Obviously, I did re-schedule and when I arrived at Brandon Honda Jerry had anticipated just about everything and had the Explorer ready for a test drive. All aspects of the Explorer were exactly as Jerry stated. Nothing was over blown or under stated. Jerry was patient and used NO high pressure tactics and I felt satisfied with the deal we made. Perception is often 99% of everything and Jerry, more than anyone else, made my buying experience at Brandon Honda and excellent one. More
I was referred here by my coworker. Then I got an email from Jim king who sent me a quote and a picture of an 2013 Honda Civic and the color was blue my favorite color. I could not believe this, I set up my appt to come in at 9am on 10/26. Saturday morning comes and I am dead tired from working late I get a text from Jim which says what is your status? I tell him I am running late but will be there soon. I get there I call Jim and I go in he greets me and says what color would you like? By this time I was shocked and ready to run out and cry I could not believe I was approved for a BRAND NEW 2013 HONDA CIVIC LX 4 DR and the last blue one :). I hugged Sharaz I was stuck to Jim like clue. I was introduce to Hector is so nice and sweet he made me feel at home he look over my paperwork and Bo made me laugh he is so funny and I finished up my last bit of paperwork .Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I am still in shocked about my car I will always remember these guys and recommend anyone that is looking for a car to go here. I did not feel forced to make the deal but more like I was a partnering with him to make a decision for myself that I would benefit most from in the long run. Jim: I really enjoyed my experience with Jim. He has a galvanizing personality and made the time go by so quickly by making me laugh. My deal was really late, and even though it was his daughter's 21st birthday he stayed with me until the deal closed. Jim, I really appreciate you making me feel like I was a part of a family, and your continued efforts to assist me even after the deal had closed. Carson: Where to begin. You are one of the coolest people I have ever met. I really enjoyed you making the financing process so streamline, and efficient. When I came to your office I had already been at the dealership a little while and was regretting having to sign mounds of paperwork, but you kept me entertained with your stories. You are a true testament to the highest standard of work ethic, and I feel as though many in the world could learn from your drive, and positive attitude. Went in just to looks and see what we could get around a certain price range. We found 2 but they did not have that wow factor that I was looking for in his face. So we talked with Demetrios about some better cars and he searched around for us and came back with a few others. He just didn't like any of them so he went back and came up with a white avenger. It was a very nice car and my son liked it. He took us to another Avenger that was gray and then i saw that excitement in my sons face. We ended up with the Avenger and it was a 2012 so I didn't need to worry so much about it breaking down on him seeing how he is working 2 jobs at 20 years old. Demetrios also found the extra key that the white one did not have and gave it to us, something other dealers and sales people have never done before. The price was almost inline with the KBB. I had poor credit also and they worked with me and the banks to get a better interest rate than i thought. not the best but with my credit it was good. I know that when my son refinances this car in a year or so and takes me off of it then I will go back and see Demetrios for my next vehicle. Out of all the car buying I have done in the last 10-15 years this was by far the best and I hate car dealers because of it, but not this time. I think that he went above and beyond my expectations and made sure that me and my son was happy. More
