Everyone was really great and patience with me when I asked questions several times. This was my first experience buying a new car and I was extremely nervous. I was immediately greeted by Bo Engel and his willingness to make sure I had the best experience possible immediately calmed my n extremely nervous. I was immediately greeted by Bo Engel and his willingness to make sure I had the best experience possible immediately calmed my nerves. I genuinely felt like I was receiving VIP treatment throughout the entire process. Bo took the time to learn what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me understand my options prior to looking at specific cars. As soon as we narrowed down the car of choice, Bo called Sean Walsh to assist me with the next steps of the car buying process. Again, I felt as if I was receiving VIP treatment because such detailed care was being taken to match my needs as a customer with the proper people and personalities to ensure I felt comfortable with every step. Sean went above and beyond what I had expected in making sure that what I was looking for in a vehicle came to complete fruition. Every detail from wheel type, interior, sun/moon roof, amenities of the car, color, etc. was taken into account before we ever walked outside of the dealership to look at cars. Sean and Bo took the time to talk with each other about my specific wants in a vehicle which further convinced me I was not dealing with the stereotypical car dealership. They both treated me as a person not a potential sale. As soon as we determined that the CR-V is the best fit for me, Sean walked me to the lot and to the car that is now known as Fiona! I was taken to the perfect car. There was no need for me to look at another vehicle as this one was exactly what I was looking for. The seats and mirrors were even perfectly adjusted as I began my test drive. It was as if it was set for me! The fact that such precise detail was taken to make sure I was comfortable as a customer still astounds me. After my test drive, I knew this was the car for me. Sean took me back inside and we began the process of purchase. Bo came to talk with me during the initial process of purchase to help me make sure I was indeed purchasing the right car for me. I was shocked...no one was trying to sell me a car. These two gentleman were making sure I was making the best decision for me not the dealership. What a wonderful concept! Throughout the initial steps of the purchasing process, Sean was very dedicated to making sure that I understood each step. At no point was I ever asked for information and not explained why it was being asked for. It eased anxiety knowing exactly why certain information was needed and what role it played in the buying process. With each step, I felt more at ease. Sean kept me laughing and at ease during the negotiation of final price given my trade in, down payment, etc. This was a great accomplishment given I was literally shaking with nerves. I forgot I was scared to begin with. As soon as the negotiation process ended and it was time to sign my life away, I moved from the show floor to Bo's office. Immediately I felt secure with my decision. Bo continued to make me feel like I was the most important customer in the entire dealership and that whatever needed to be done to ensure my needs as a customer were met, would be done. I felt that Bo was with me from the beginning to the end of the buying process. He took the time to stand by me and work with me every single step of the way. He was the personalized touch that more people should have the luxury of experiencing when buying a car. The financing portion of purchase seemed seamless. He had everything done by the time I got to his office. I am not sure how he did that seeing as how he was with me during much of the time Sean was explaining each step. When the signing time began, Bo explained, in detail, each page. He not only explained what it said, but also why the form was part of the purchase process. He showed me every financing option that was available to me and how to analyze them to make sure I was receiving the best deal possible. It was wonderful to not question if was choosing the best option. In the environment of the "signing off", Bo kept the focus on the positive continuously. He never tried to sell me the car until I had already bought it! Not until I purchased the car did Bo or Sean start to go into all the added perks of new car ownership. During the actual sales process, the focus was on making sure that I found a car that fit my needs in all aspects...there was no fluff sales pitch at all. Both Bo and Sean were very real and respectful to the fullest extent. We all laughed as I was getting ready to drive away about how they didn't try to sell me a car until I already bought it. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was purchasing a new car from Brandon Honda. I went to other dealerships before going to Brandon Honda and I never felt the immediate comfort as I did the moment Bo said "Welcome to Brandon Honda. What brings you in today?" Every other place I was swarmed by sales people. At Brandon Honda, I was greeted and cared for step by step by two wonderful people. Thank you to Bo Engel and Sean Walsh. I sure hope both of them are still with Brandon Honda in seven plus years when I decided I may want another new car! More
Payed a little more than I wanted but everthing else when't smoothly. I was suprised that John got back to me so quickly after my internet search. Had a very pleasanr experience also with Bo in finance, he was very easy to work with and no pressure to purchase any other warrantys but he did make us avery good deal on 2 year/20,000 warranty which we purchased, all in all It was a great buying experience for My wife and myself, they come highly recommeneded!! I drove down to Brandon Honda from Spring Hill after doing an internet search for a midsize SUV. I called ahead to make sure the SUV i had located on KBB.com was still available. Talked to Larry and he double checked for me and pulled the key to make my time there well spent. After looking over the SUV I called about he suggested an alternative based on some very friendly conversation. Turned out he was right and my wife and I love our new (used) Acura MDX. Tony was extremely courteous and helpful in the finance part of the transaction and after leaving we felt like we had made two new friends. Thank you Larry and Tony. I came in to have my vehicle serviced and while I wish I could speak highly of all of the staff I had an experience with, the two staff members I was very impressed with were Corey Cooper and Hanani Kekuewa could speak highly of all of the staff I had an experience with, the two staff members I was very impressed with were Corey Cooper and Hanani Kekuewa. Corey was more than extremely professional, he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. What I appreciate the most about Corey was not only his patience with me when asking him numerous questions about leasing, financing, etc., but also him being honest and trustworthy by recommending which option was financially best for me. Hanani was friendly, helpful, and easily explained everything that my Pilot would need to have serviced in the near future. He also made sure that I received a car wash that I did not get on a previous visit. Thank you both for an overall pleasant experience. More
No one is fond of buying a car; salesmen are pushy and only worried about how far they can stretch your price range. They pulled a car that was perfect, mentioned a second but told me it was a little higher than what I was interested in paying. Other dealerships would tell me I was privileged too see the print out of the numbers, they immediately provided me with a break down. The process was easy, the gave me space to evaluate what I was getting into and didn't try to push me. There is no smoke screen with Brandon Honda. I will be returning if/when I get a new car and I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase visit them first. More
