We initially stopped into the dealership just to look at a Pilot and get an idea of the pricing/features, with intentions of not purchasing for a month or two. Or salesman, Doug Tomlinson, was very knowledgable of the vehicle features and did a wonderful job of highlighting all of them. After test driving a couple of vehicles, Doug enciuraged us, without being at all pushy, to check out what kind of rates we could get. After realizing what a good deal we could potentially score with the end of the month sale, we went ahead with purchasing our used Pilot. The staff got us into one that fit our budget and is well-equipped beyond our expectations! Throughout the entire process, Doug was extremely personable and a true pleasure to work with! He was accommodating and did everything he could to make us comfortable during our six hours at the dealership, ensuring we had waters to drink and even bringing our young son a couple of freshly baked cookies as a snack when he started getting antsy. Without a doubt, he was the most down-to-earth, genuine salesman my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. All of the employees with whom we came in contact while we were there were helpful and friendly. We will recommend this dealership to anyone we know in the market to purchase a car. Initially we had been shown a vehicle that would work with our situation, though we didn't really like the option. We went to lunch to think about it... while we were out we stopped at a couple other dealers who were just really pushy and rude about our financial situation. This convinced my wife and I to return to Brandon Honda. Unfortunately, the car we were looking at was driving out the door... After what seemed like a long time, but was perfectly reasonable under the circumstances, we were given a new offer. We were driving through the Honda dealership to look at the used cars. It was late in the evening and we did not plan on getting out of the car. We just wanted to see what used cars were there. Tyson Castl the used cars. It was late in the evening and we did not plan on getting out of the car. We just wanted to see what used cars were there. Tyson Castle came up to our car and we told him that we were just looking at the used cars. My husband asked him what the gas mileage was some of the new cars and Tyson said we could get out and check them out. We decided to get out of the car, but we still did not plan on buying a Honda until he started showing us the different cars and telling us about all of the features, including the lifetime warranty. We really did like the Honda Accord Sport and we liked the features that it had. We also LOVED the lifetime warranty. We left there and took Tyson's card and we promised him that if we came back that we would ask for him. When we went back about a week later, we wanted to test drive the Honda Accord Sport. We got out of the car and we let the other salesman know that we were there for Tyson. They let us know that he was not there, but they really did not want to help us out. Rammie Hamdan was the only one that walked right over to us and asked us what he could do for us. We let him know that we wanted to test drive a car and he went and got the keys. We liked how he talked really good about Tyson and how he was ready and willing to help us out even knowing that we had talked to Tyson first. He took us on our test drive and he let us know about all of the features of the car. When we got back, we were ready to buy. He helped us with the buying process and he also helped us find the color that we wanted. We had to come back the next day to pick the color and get it ordered and Tyson helped us with that. We had to go back again to sign the papers and Tyson and Rammie were right there ready to help. Also, Tyson made sure that the car was going to be ready for us before we went up there. After we signed the papers, Tyson was there to help us get our phone synced and to explain anything that we needed to know about the car. We felt like they both did a WONDERFUL job and we will recommend Brandon Honda to anybody that is ready to buy a car and this is because of Tyson and Rammie. Thank you! More

Our first car buying experience at Brandon Honda was so great, we decided to get our second vehicle from the dealership. We knew we wanted a certified CRV with dark interior and we found one at a great pri great, we decided to get our second vehicle from the dealership. We knew we wanted a certified CRV with dark interior and we found one at a great price on Brandon Honda's website. When we went to the dealership the next day we were assisted by Joe, who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. To our dismay, the CRV we saw on the website had just been sold. Joe showed us the rest of the CRV inventory but there were no vehicles that matched our specific needs. Joe told us he would take down our information and he would let us know if something became available. Less than 24 hours later, we received the call and are now proud owners of our first CRV, which met all of our needs at the right price. I do not know how he did it, but THANK YOU! The buying experience was enjoyable. Sonny, another friendly, professional, and knowledgeable employee, expedited the process by running our paperwork to the office so Joe could continue to work. Sonny took the time to talk us, making the experience more enjoyable. He also informed us of the various services Brandon Honda has to offer leaving us feeling more educated about the dealership. In the final step of the process, we worked with Erik. Erik was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about finance and different Honda services. Erik knew all the answers to our questions and his demeanor quickly put us at ease. He had us in and out of his office quickly so we could go enjoy our new CRV. All in all, this was another great car buying experience at Brandon Honda! We will not be leaving Brandon Honda any time soon. More
