Tim and Steve were outstanding. As soon as Tim found out the issue with my van was not resolved, he called me to see when I could get back in. Mr. Tremblay was very courteous and patient with us as we worked through everything (a few of the issues took some work), including being willing to both answer all of our many questions when they arose as well as to calmly and politely listen to and allay our concerns. This was my first time buying a car. Being a young women I brought my dad to come in and look with me. As we were looking at the used cars in the lot Rammie came right up to us and helped us out on looking I brought my dad to come in and look with me. As we did come in close to closing time, Rammie had no problem with making sure we were happy and satisfied even if that meant staying late on his part. As he showed us two honda Accords, my dad saw a toyota that he was interested in getting the price on. Rammie was quick to help and we looked all three cars over. After narrowing down the cars, Rammie offered to let me on a test drive. Although a test drive is a normal thing for a person looking for a car to do, he went above and beyond to make sure I liked how the car drove and also gave commentary as I drove the cars. He was nothing but helpful and genuine. Although I did give the over all experience a 4, it was nothing short of Rammie's fault. It took longer than expected to sign the papers and get the keys, but he was nothing but helpful and professional, he even made us laugh. Very personable sales representative, I am very glad to have worked with him. He won't lie to you! More

I started off my relationship with Brandon Honda online. Tony Lara responded to my request for a quote on a Honda Pilot. We then spoke by phone about the quote and the exact Pilot I wanted. He was very friendly and made the whole process very easy. He worked with Matt Ruark to finalize the deal and locate the vehicle. The Pilot I wanted arrived at the dealership the very next day. I completed the process with Tony Montesano. All 3 of them were pleasant and I would do business with them again. I've had my new Pilot for only a few days but am happy with my decision and the whole process at Brandon Honda. I would definitely buy from them again. More

I want to say that Jim King and Mr Sharaz were wonderful in terms of how much they helped me. I have no complaints at all. While the price was a little high, I can not complain at all. After a short conversation and an amazingly pleasant experience we left the dealer with a new Civic EX. The experience was so awesome my Mother-in-Law also came over and Purchased a new CRV EX-L in the same transaction. I have never met a salesperson that i would have no problem having a couple drinks with. This guy is a great storyteller and is completely upfront and honest. Recently had the glorious opportunity to become the owner of a 2013 CR-V. The sales associate, Hassan Slim,walked me through every step of the car buying process.
