I just bought my 2013 Honda accord and Brian made it stress free for me. Our 2003 Accord was getting very tired after 113K miles but we had not needed to car shop for the last 7 years (since all our cars were Hondas!). But early Friday evening, my husband, Mark, stopped by Bran but we had not needed to car shop for the last 7 years (since all our cars were Hondas!). But early Friday evening, my husband, Mark, stopped by Brandon Honda, to get a "feel" for the dealership, which had changed management 2 years ago. (We had stopped doing business with them 7 years ago.) He was approached by Demetrios Mina; my husband said he was not there to buy, but he had a few questions. Demetrios went out of his way to not only answer the questions, but engage in a dialog that was both insightful and knowledgeable. Matt, one of the Sales Managers, joined in at one point as well. When Mark, finally got home, all he could do was shower Demetrios and Matt with compliments on their patience and customer service and car knowledge. He never looked at any cars, they never pressed him to look at any cars; their purpose was to create a relationship with a prospective client. Well, we spent the remainder of the night until midnight, scouring the internet for the Accord we wanted. We had a list of 4 dealerships - Brandon Honda and 3 across Tampa Bay. We stopped at Brandon Honda first and asked for Demetrios. He very quickly found the car we had seen on the website. Then Matt saw us and stopped by and said hello....and the 2 of them partnered with us to get that car, from our trade-in value, to price and financing. It was touch and go because another couple were also considering that car, but we made an offer first, thanks to Demetrios' hustle. Financing is where Tony Montesano entered the transaction. He had unending patience while explaining the extended warranty; we were bombarding him with questions. His answers were concise, accurate and in laymen's terms. He got us a much better interest rate than our credit union could offer, with better terms. We could tell his focus was on meeting the expectations of his clients and the dealership. As we told both Tony and Demetrios, this experience ranked as the most pleasant car buying experience we have had in 34 years of marriage. Congratulations to the "new" management for bringing Brandon Honda's customer experience to such an exceptional level....but thanks especially to Demetrios and Tony. More

From the second we spoke with Brian Penney I knew this vehicle purchase was going to be straight and to the point. We told Brian what we wanted and he showed us what Brandon Honda had to offer, the diffe vehicle purchase was going to be straight and to the point. We told Brian what we wanted and he showed us what Brandon Honda had to offer, the different styles and options and we made our choice. We told him to work up the best deal he could and we would be back later to finish the paper work and take the vehicle home. That is exactly what happened. We weren't pushed into a corner and told what we wanted like most other places have done. From Brian all the way through the process everything was smooth and no bumps or hurdles to jump over. The wait time was a little long because the vehicle had to be detailed and protective coating applied to the inside of vehicle. All in all the experience and people were excellent. I will be buying from there again for sure. I would recommend Brandon Honda and Brian Penney and the rest of the staff to everyone. Randy L. Robinson More
I contacted Ron Wright via a phone call to obtain information for my sister, as she is rehabbing with us. I spoke with Mr. Wright on the phone and also tried to obtain info through the internet. (Friday) We proceeded to the dealership, met briefly with Mr. Wright and were introduced to Jerry Meany. Mr. Meany listened attentively and asked appropriate questions to ascertain my sister's needs concerning vehicles. He then showed us what we had asked to see and arranged for a test drive. Mr. Meany was obviously knowledgeable about the features on the 2013 Honda Accord and answered all questions promptly. Once price was discussed, it was without a trade-in because the status of my sister's car was in question. We were able to get the needed answers concerning a possible trade and she decided to have her current Accord evaluated as a trade-in. Her air was found to be inoperable and Mr. Meany came back with an estimated offer for her car as a trade. We found the offer to be a bit low and negotiated another price which was approved in the "war room"! Paperwork was drawn up and signed. The finance person, Carson Johntry, was a great asset to Brandon Honda...very personable and efficient. The final step was to learn how to operate the new "space age" Accord. This was done by Mr. Ron Wright. He stressed that any further questions would be more than welcomed and for my sister to have no hesitations about further contact through a phone call or a personal stop at the dealership. Overall the experience at Brandon Honda was pleasurable. It is refreshing to have well trained staff that are knowledgeable about the product and focused on customer service. An added perk was meeting Zeus in person! More
