This is our second purchase at Brandon Honda. This dealership delivers what is asked of them without any pressure or hassle. The deal ended with us leaving happy with exactly the payment we stated we wanted exactly the way we asked. Two weeks prior, another dealership had asked us to come in stating they could pay off our trade in and make us a deal with the payment we asked. Upon arrival, they offered $6,000 less than owed on our trade in and tried to make us bump up to a more expensive car to "make the deal". The sales manager at the other dealership would not even speak to us face to face. We left disgusted deciding not to deal with anyone, anywhere at all. Brandon Honda was completely the opposite. They do not offer what they cannot deliver. I do not know why we ever went anyplace else as both times we came to purchase at Brandon Honda, we left satisfied and were treated well. Thank you! More

Immediately, Demetrios Mina made me feel welcome, was "real" with me about what I could get with the money I realistically wanted to spend, and ultimately made me feel that there was a car for me on the lot -- in addition to connecting with me personally as he and I shared the same passion for Detroit sports! Not only did he show me two great cars that were affordable for me, he guided me toward the Hyundai Sonata that was honestly, the best deal for me -- even though I came to the lot wanting something totally different because he helped me realize what was really important to look for in a used car. From this point, it was a whirlwind! Once I was ready to buy, Demetrios made me comfortable by meeting Ferris Hamdan, the Sales Manager, who made me even more assured that even though the price was higher than I could originally afford, he and his team would do what they could to close the deal for me. As the workday was already past ended, the whole team told me that tomorrow, we would make this happen and I'd get my car. Eric Hazel, the Business Manager was not only friendly as the "money guy," but immediately connected with me and made me feel like I'd get this car....even if I had to wait until tomorrow. The next day, a true team effort of Demetrios, Ferris, Eric and Frank Vitale did everything they could beyond what I'd expect of them to make sure I got the best loan and deal possible for me, while Demetrios communicated with me every step of the way. After this 24 hours of a massive team effort and with an evening capped with a phenomenal deal closed by Demetrios and Eric at the 11th hour on my "new" Hyundai, I drove away this evening a happy man. I've already promised that when I can afford a brand-new car someday, I'll come here first as well as send all my friends. A truly comfortable buying experience and a car I have already showed off in my neighborhood! More

Got the monthly payment I wanted for the car I wanted. Found a tiny problem once I got my new car home but Honda was quick to fix it, and even gave me a loaner to get to work for the day. What an amazing experience my 11 year old daughter and I had at Brandon Honda of Tampa!! I could not believe my eyes when a man with an umbrella appeared out of no where, now that is customer service!! He even got us warm cookies and offered us a beverage, We later found out that it was one of your managers Randy Marker. I just want to mention that I have been to about five other dealerships in the last week and none of the managers took the time to meet us much less give us amazing cookies. Our first few minutes in the dealership made me realize that we were in for a whole different kind experience. We quickly got introduced to our sales representative Giovannie Martinez who not only made myself but my daughter feel at ease. I loved how he took the time to ask my daughter what she wanted in a car, what color she liked, after all this was a car for both of us and it made me smile how he made her feel special in the process as well. I think having a sales person really understand the vehicles they are selling is important in making any buying decision. Giovannie was a master at his craft, every question I asked he answered in detail, sometimes twice when he knew I did not understand what he was saying. When we finished the paperwork with the help of Randy and Giovannie I felt like we were family. My daughter informed me that in five years she wants to go back and get her first car at Brandon. I think that says it all!! More
