Having hit several other dealerships in our research for a new vehicle over the past several days, we expected the same sales “hustle” from the time we hit the parking lot until we left it. Not so with Brandon Honda. From our initial contact the soft and easy approach of our Sales rep. Gio Martinez, was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the CRV product. Nothing was “pushed” on us, nor were we pressured. Instead, we enjoyed this “sales” experience with Gio as much as he obviously enjoyed sharing the CRV and its amenities with us. He was proud of this vehicle and it showed. He answered every question we had. When the walkthrough and test drive were completed, Gio had completely sold us on this vehicle. This positive experience continued as we went through the “dreaded” price determination process. Again, Ferris Hamdan (Sales Manager) made this close to a stress less experience as well. He carefully went over the financial details with us, we negotiated and arrived at a price to finalize the sale; and we did. Bo made the financial paperwork quick, easy and answered all our questions during the process in understandable detail. This team of folks made every step along the way to complete this sale, a positive one. We are now proud owners of a new 2013 Honda CRV. I had been looking for a car for several months. I went to Brandon Honda a couple of times while looking. Brian Jantzen was a great salesman. He was didn't approach us, we approached him; he wasn't pushy any, and let us do a lot of the talking.
