I brought all my research with me from several websites and consumer reports. He was nothing short of a grounded, intelligent, nice guy. We had a pleasent calm experience discussing inventory and options and test driving yet another car. We left and came back without pressure and had no problem buying from Tony and Ferris. Negotiation doesnt always have to be difficult. It wasnt for us. We had a great time and left with a new Civic EX. Love the car and no complaints at all about the buying experience.
