At this time I mentioned my desire to get a CR-V in the future. Over the following months, Shawn continued to maintain our relationship by letting me know whenever a great Pre-Own CR-V came onto their lot. After months of shopping at other dealerships, I finally came back to Shawn at Brandon Honda because every other experience couldn't even compare to how genuine Shawn was with us. He was very knowledgable and made us, two first time car buyers, feel at ease during the process. He worked with me to get me into a BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW CR-V, instead of the Pre-Own vehicle that I only mildly liked. He worked hard to get the car into my budget. After buying 2 cars from Shawn, I will not buy a car from another dealership. My loyalty lies here, especially after Shawn bought us lunch after we had finished the deal. We got a great deal on a new Honda Civic last night. Our salesman, Tony Montesano was super easy to deal with. He was very kind to us and handled us with great respect. We had intended to purchase another model car down the road, but after seeing the quality of the Honda Civic and recieving a great deal, we decided to get a Honda. Employees are the friendliest anywhere. Frank and Chris worked very hard to make me the best deals possible, and although it took several hours to negotiate the terms of buying two vehicles, I am satisfied worked very hard to make me the best deals possible, and although it took several hours to negotiate the terms of buying two vehicles, I am satisfied they gave me the best deals I could get. Frank should be commended on his ability to resolve the complex issues which arose during our negotiating, and for staying the course long after his quitting time. Hassan was very courteous and thorough, and despite having to use antiquated technology, did his best to complete the sales as quickly and painlessly as possible. A long day, but an overall great experience. More

We went into Brandon Honda about closing time to ask a couple of question's...and we were greeted by Jovino Castro, very nice polite man. I went to the Honda dealership to try out a Honda, as we've never had one. We were greeted by Sean Walsh, and he was very considerate of our needs as to what we needed in a vehicle. He was not in the least pushy as other sales people have been. We tried out, and bought, a 2012 Honda Pilot, one, if not the best, automoblies we've had the pleasure of owning. Until now we got the same affect of tradeing cars as we would have with a root canal. I have had to go back to the dealership on a couple of occasions, and it was like going to a family re-union !! The customers are sitting around watching TV, working on their lap-tops, reading their papers, etc. This is the way you can tell a dealership, as the way their customers are waiting on their cars to be serviced, etc. Am I happy with the Honda ? Better than ever !!! Would I purchase another car from Brandon Honda ?? Without a doubt !! Was I treated with consideration ?? Far beyond what I expected !! Eric Hafemeister walked us through the necessary paper work, which was actually around closeing time. At Brandon Honda, I don't think they have "regular hours" except maybe for opening the dealership. They place their customers first, and I like this. Brandon Honda has gave me a whole new meaning to "buying a car". So, hats off to a wonderful experience at Brandon Honda, and I'm sure we;'ll be doing business with them for years to come !! More

I have just recently bought my very first NEW car, right here from Brandon Honda. I live right down the road and a Honda Fit has been a dream car of mine since they came out on the market . I visited a few places like Kia Courtesy and dealt with people who just would not listen to what I needed. Chris and Frank were freaking awesome. They worked with us for a while and we finally came to agreement and I left with a Brand New 2013 Honda Fit with the most beautiful blue ever for a price I could not be more thankful for. They listened and I got what I have always wanted, and did not have to sell my soul to the Devil to own a brand new car. I am more than impressed with the customer service and they way they make you feel like family there.
