We have a family of six and ended up being at the dealership for 11 hours because the car we bought had not been processed, detailed or anything. We would wait another 11 hours for the service we rec dealership for 11 hours because the car we bought had not been processed, detailed or anything. We would wait another 11 hours for the service we received! Kyle Lampp was friendly and helpful, as was everyone else we worked with. The service group crammed a 2-3 day process into 7-8 hours for us. In the end we walked away with 2 brand new tires, new front brakes, a beautifully detailed van, the confidence of a 150 point inspection, and an Odyssey full of happy kids! I stopped at Brandon Honda to simply test drive a CR-V because I was local to the dealership. Tony explained all of the features of the CR-V and asked if I had any motion sickness issues. He then explained its easy to talk about certain features but sometimes it is better to show them. During our test drive he highlighted the independent brake safety in an excellent manner. My normal routine is to sleep on major decisions; however, Tony made me such a great deal I ended up purchasing the vehicle and driving it home. He even let me take the one on the showroom floor. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Tony at Brandon Honda. More

Very impressed. I went in to get the $50 debit card and left with an almost new car.
