Both gentlemen went above and beyond the type of service that I have ever experienced in the past buying a car. It was truly a pleasure. Not only did I get treated like a queen the whole time but I got a very fair price for a very nice Honda and they gave me a 10 year 100k warranty for no additional charge. So after a day at these car lots running my credit a few times I wound up getting half the rate of anywhere else and my Honda is so much newer and nicer then the cars everywhere else they tried to sell me at the other dealerships. Be leary of this dealership they play a game of give a really low price to reel you in, and then once your at their dealership (which I drove to from Orlando) they hit you with a $2000.00 charge for some really low price to reel you in, and then once your at their dealership (which I drove to from Orlando) they hit you with a $2000.00 charge for some accessories that they claim they added, and even though you didnt ask for them nor want them, they tell you thats too bad you have to pay for them. We have been leasing Honda Odyssey’s for several years from Fort Myers Honda. The past lease was an unpleasant drawn out affair. First, it only took over two hours to complete all the lease agreements. Much more importantly, I drove to the dealership in my van (which still had three weeks left on its lease.) While we were attempting to negotiate the new lease, the dealership somehow sold it. I went to leave the dealership to discuss it at home with my wife only to discover I didn’t have a vehicle to drive home in at that point. They had unloaded all of my personal belongings, and I was forced to lease another vehicle from them. I had heard great things about Brandon Honda for the past few years and decided to give them a call after checking out their website. I spoke with Ed Seymour about leasing a new Odyssey and he was in action instantly. Within 20 minutes he had emailed me the quotes I requested and followed up with a phone call. The entire deal was worked over the phone and a few emails. Ed even agreed to deliver the vehicle to my residence in Fort Myers that evening. I declined the delivery offer and drove up to Brandon Honda the next morning to meet with Ed. The total time from arrival to driving the new Odyssey off the lot was 30 minutes. It was totally worth the trip up to Brandon Honda to deal with such a professional as Ed Seymour. Brandon Honda has earned my business for years to come along with recommending Ed Seymour to all my friends, family and business associates. More
