I'm happy to say I was not pressured during this sale. I told the salesmen what I was looking for, they provided keys and walked me to the cars on the lot. I was allowed to inspect the cars and take them for test drives. I felt like I had conversations with the sales people I was with, not lectures or a big push to make a sale. I took several hours to make my decision, and at no time was anyone anything less than helpful and polite. Overall I believe I purchased a good car for a respectable price. It would have been nice to get a spare set of keys when I purchased the car, but I don't hold this against Honda. It might make a good note for the suggestion box. More

Kyle was great! Very easy-going, friendly and NOT pushy. He was there for us through the whole process and made sure to even see us before we left to get us set up in our new car. We were disappointed with Wade in that he was not willing to work with us and basically shooed us out the door in the direction of a used car when our credit wasn't up to par. It took the financing from our bank and the help from Marc to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we could agree on. Had a great experience with this particular dealership and especially with the associates!! My family and i came in after hours and were still greeted with a smile!! Our finance advisor Eric Hafemeister, was happy throughout the late night vist and explained everything in detail . Overall, i was extremly satisfied and would rate a 10 if i could.. Offer was amazing, Deal was great and Price was unbeatable for what we drove off the lot with (2012 CRV-EX).. Everyone was patient regardless of the time which was around midnight when we pulled out. Having just had our 3rd baby, it was time for a bigger vehicle. I was one of those mom's who swore off minivans but knew a minivan was what we needed for our family. I told him what our payments needed to be for us to be comfortable. He ran the numbers and called me back immedietly with the right payment. Our credit check was done securely on their website so all we needed to do was come in and see the ODYSSEY. Don was super flexible, even stayed after his normal working hours to accomodate my husband's work day. We arrived with our 3 children and Brandon Honda was WONDERFUL! There is a kids play area, where the kids stayed busy so we can check out the ODYSSEY (they even ave our children snacks and balloons!. Having always driven BMW sedans, I was really quite surprised at how much I loved this "minivan"! Don was not the typical "car salesman" which my husband and I really liked (since I am in sales myself). Having been to other dealerships, I would cringe at all the sales pitches they would throw at us. Don was super informative and professional, knew what we wanted and most importantly didn't waste our time. Don worked hard to get the deal done along with Chris Aviso. Both were EXCEPTIONAL in getting us exactly what we wanted without any surprising unexpected charges in the end! On the day we came in to sign all the paperwork, Avry Weinstein who is just getting started in Sales, assisted Don with showing us two different colors. Avry was very professional and demonstarted some of the bells and whistles the Odyssey offered. Both Don and Avry were super patient as it was so HOT outside and my hubby and I were going back and forth on color. Avry also assisted in some of the paperwork. I admired that Don included Avry and was helping her learn her new job in the process which shows he's a true team player. We also had the pleasure of working with Hassan Slim in the finance department. He was the guy who gave us all of our final documnets. He was very thorough. Hassan took the time to explain everything and made it a very smooth transaction. At the end, we left with our brand NEW Honda ODYSSEY. I had purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership ten years ago and although I didn't have a pleasant experience the first time, my love of the brand brought me back. I inquired into a used Honda Accord years ago and although I didn't have a pleasant experience the first time, my love of the brand brought me back. I inquired into a used Honda Accord online and Robert quickly responded to my inquiry online by phone and email. We finally got in touch Friday and made an appointment on Sunday. So I figured I would give the dealership another shot, but really didn't think anything would come of the visit and was planning on purchasing from Carmax anyway. Well Robert and I met up on Sunday. I had my friend meet me up who just recently purchased a car to help me look. Robert treated us with the utmost respect and we didn't get the "typical" treatment most women say they get when they don't have a man present. Robert listened to everything that I wanted out of a car and got me the perfect fit. The first car we looked at was not the price I wanted, so they showed me another car, exact same car only a year older. It was a perfect fit. The price was exactly what I wanted and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new Honda Accord. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm very happy with the service I received.
