I have a 2002 Honda Civic that has only been serviced at Brandon Honda. For more than 3 years now I have dealt with JR Disbrow. He is great at what he does, very polite and makes you feel like you are his Brandon Honda. For more than 3 years now I have dealt with JR Disbrow. He has always been up front with me and even though my car has 101,000 miles I feel safe driving it because I know that he has made sure that my service has been done right. I have purchased three new Honda's from the dealership and have had the dealership service my four and my parent's two (total of six) over the years. It is a great car that sells itself. I can purchase a quality Honda at any Honda dealership. This is not to say that Brandon Honda does not have a great sales department or competitive pricing; however, it is Brandon Honda's outstanding service department that keeps me coming back. I have never had a problem with having my car serviced at Brandon Honda. I normally deal with J. R. Disbrow when having my vehicle serviced. (I have dealt with J. R. for many years.) I cannot say enough about this individual. From the minute you enter the service department, J. R. insures that the overall experience is totally customer oriented. He creates a positive/friendly atmosphere for the customer and continually monitors the work on the vehicle and keeps the customer informed as to what is going on. J. R. is extremely knowledgeable concerning the vehicle. If I have any question concerning my Honda, he can answer it. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS! He knows my car and what it needs. When other customers come in while attending me he does not ignore them. Mr. Disbrow has consistently been helpful in assisting me to determine how to prioritize the various service work items I've needed and has always been able to knowledgeably answer any question I've had. I can drive my Civic with the utmost confidence because I know he communicates so well with the mechanics, is knowledgeable about the work done, how the car is made, as well as any recalls which might affect my vehicle.
