Came into the dealership on the service side and was immeadiately greeted which was nice and given directions to where i needed to go, the parts dept.. Once there i was helped by Thomas Brothers who was extremely patient with while listening me trying to explain the issues i was having with my remote for my vehicle and then once he retrived the part for me he was courteous enough to walk me over to service where Mary took the time to make sure the remote got programmed for and made sure i was on my way in no time. :) More
I will absolutely recommend Brandon Honda to all of my friends and family. The sales associate that was helping me Tony Montesano is truly one of the major reasons why I didn't shop around at other dealer friends and family. I was in a situation of desperation for a dependable car as I had just given my car to my daughter who has a special needs child and my daughter driving a very unsafe car. I thought what the heck and emailed the dealer directly (JOHN MARAZZI) and he immediately came to the rescue by responding back to my email and told me he would do his best to help me. I was also contacted by DON NEGRI who didn't realize John was trying to help me. Don was a very very down to earth and a very pleasant person to work with. He demonstrated that he completely understood my needs and gave me the feeling that he wasn't just a salesman but also a compassionate understanding human being. He quickly went to work and was able to get me into a car (Honda Civic). It may not have been a good interest rate but that had to do with the bank and not him. What a great recent experience I had working with Brandon Honda. I arrived with my young son and was immediately greeted and assisted.
