He never tried to pressure us into something that we weren't comfortable with. I recommend working with him for all your sales needs at Brandon Honda as he is one of the BEST salespeople that I have ever worked with. The finance manager, Chris Shotwell is 100% accountable for the lower rating. If I could give him a zero rating, I would. He is by far one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever spoken with. There was never a friendly greeting to my son, and his disappointment was obvious when I followed into his office. He never engaged with us, even when we mentioned the dog that he keeps in his office (who doesn't want to talk about their dog????). We would not budge on the agreed upon monthly payment (regardless of the amount) and his poor, annoyed attitude escalated. I advised that we were leaving as it was NYE, we had plans and had already waited over an hour for him, It was then that I was sternly advised that the order needed to be cleared and he raised his hand up toward me and continued to say, "He had worked for 2 hours on this deal since he (my son) is a first time buyer and that I needed to show him some RESPECT". I think he MUST'VE been confused, respect is earned - he neither gave or earned respect. Being a finance manger and working numbers is HIS job. When I go to work I am expected to do MY job. You, Mr. Shotwell need to respect what your customers' do for you.... and if you cannot then you need a different profession. Customers help pay your bills! Regardless of how small the commission may have been, all customers should be treated the same. You cannot demand respect in the service industry and were out of line speaking to a customer in that way. Furthermore, this is the second vehicle that my family has purchased from Brandon Honda and the second time being mistreated by him. The first time he was less rude but was pushy and spoke in a degrading way. I still recommend this dealership for their sales professionals, especially Sharief!! And the good experiences with their service department, if you finance with them PLEASE request a different finance manager other than Christopher Shotwell and be able to provide a 5 star rating. More

Aj Jackson took over for someone else to help me so I didn't wait around and I am completely appreciative that he did. He actually listened to who I was, what I was looking for and didn't let me get into something deep down I didn't want. He didn't over talk or make me feel like I was another paycheck. Seriously it couldn't have been a better experience. Brandon honda and all of there employees really do make you feel like your wanted there. Thank you so much AJ! I will 100% be back. More
