My husbqnd and I will always buy our vehicles from Brandon Honda, and specifically Brandon C Turner, from now on. We presented Brandon with a very complicated and messy situation, but he went out of his way over the last week to get us into a vehicle that suited our needs. I will be honest in that I didn't have much faith at first, to the point we went thru 4 or 5 other dealers, including one of those small, privately owned lots that always has cars with a questionable history. However, Brandon didn't give up on us, and he called yesterday afternoon, just as I was leaving a dealer due to frustration. He clarified what we wanted, checked to see what he had in stocks, and went to work. Our original budget was $7500 max, but we went over by about $2500. Normally this would irritate a person, but the car he found for us (a 2014 Camry that was pretty fully loaded minus leather seats) was exactly what we were asking for, and it is well worth the additional costs. Joe, the finance guy, was another amazing employee. He spent two days working on our file, and he even put out a last minute "fire" that left us worried about approval. A similar dealership a few towns over basically said, "Sorry, we can't help." Brandon and Brandon Honda could have done the same, but they didn't. They didn't just see us a credit score. They saw us as people who needed a bit of a boost. That means more to me than the price tag on a car. If you are honestly looking for a dealership that truly cares (and those are like unicorns), Brandon Honda is the place to go. Fair warning, they are such amazing sales people that their used vehicles fly out the door as soon as they arrive. In fact, our "new" car arrived yesterday and was still being detailed when we arrived to sign the paperwork this morning. I have never really been a fan of car dealers because they are always so pushy, but Brandon was anything but. He checked in a few times, kept looking, and, in doing so, created lifetime customers. We won't ever purchase another vehicle from anywhere else. More
