I am not convinced the finance department is as honest as they should be with the actual costs of the products they recommend. Trying to read through the multiple pages that need to be signed is impossible. The focus is on the monthly payment and not what the actual cost will be. When you get home with the print outs, which are not reviewed at the dealership, you better be sitting down to deal with the sticker shock More
