The written estimate prioritized what needed to be corrected sooner rather than later and I felt no pressure to get everything fixed now. Ryan kept in touch with me via phone and text concerning progress on repairs. The repairs were completed promptly. My Honda is a 2013 CRV with approx. 97, 000 miles. I took it in for an air conditioner repair and had the 100,000 mile service. I was very impressed with the friendly, professional, service department at Brandon Honda and would recommend the service department based on my experience.
