Recent Service Visit I recently took my 2018 Honda Civic for its second service. Quincy the tech that took care of me was absolutely awesome!!!! He received me very warmly and listened closely to why I was there and treated so friendly and professionally, that for a moment I forgot that I was taking my car for a service. He took down all of my information, walked me over the service area to enter all required in the computer system and told me the timing of the wait. He even reminded me that the service comes with a complimentary car wash. I was very impressed with the attention and service. Quincy is an excellent professional and I would model all employees after his example. If all are like that, then I will definitely return. Keep up the good work. More
