I have dealt with salesmen and purchased my share of vehicles, but have never met a salesperson as professional, attentive, respectful, and willing to help as Eric was. I will give him a 10+++. I was on a limited time schedule, and even though I was late, Eric did everything he could to expedite the process. We did purchase a new Oddessy Elite. I am so happy we decided to visit Brandon Honda to make our purchase. More

Best Sales Experience Ever! I have purchased at least 20 vehicles in my life and most sales experiences are so painful I dread every time I set foot near a showroom! Not this tim I have purchased at least 20 vehicles in my life and most sales experiences are so painful I dread every time I set foot near a showroom! Not this time! Joseph Kaaa was the best from my first call to the dealership! We came there to purchase a different Honda Pilot Elite (previously owned) that we saw online. I had Joe research other possibilities while we drove to the dealership (3 hours). Upon arrival he went through every possibility (at my request) and we proceeded to look at the vehicle I came to see. It was traded over the weekend so he had to get it prepared during the time it took us to drive to the dealership. The vehicle was in great shape and we took it for a test drive. Passing that test, we started to deal. The whole time my wife, while she loved the it, she had her heart set on a different color (Silver with gray leather interior). None had been available according to Joe's inventory search. I was determining if we were going to complete the deal or look elsewhere when Joe discovered a New Pilot Elite exactly as we wanted showed up on the inventory (he made another search). The vehicle had just arrived and was just put in inventory during our visit! He brought it around and we took one look and decided that was it. After a few painless moments of negotiation, we settled on a price and closed the deal. The vehicle was so new on the lot it had to be detailed. While that was being done, we worked with Joe Rios to complete the paperwork, He was great to deal with also. That would usually complete the story, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention that evaluating my trade for a value was just as painless. You would swear there were 2 (or 5) Joe Kaaa's because he had to run so many ways to accomplish all this. We are now driving our great Honda Pilot Elite and it is Lunar Silver with a Gray interior! And all thanks to the great staff at Brandon Honda! The showroom was packed and super busy the whole time we were there but Joe and everyone we dealt with made us feel as if we were the only ones! With the way they operate, no wonder it's packed with customers! More

Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and had me in and out quickly, which I appreciate. There was, however, an issue with the valet drivers outside as I left. It was a few minutes before the hour when Jen out quickly, which I appreciate. There was, however, an issue with the valet drivers outside as I left. It was a few minutes before the hour when Jennifer asked to have my car brought around. The valet attendants indicated they were “not on the clock yet.” I understand that these young men are not Brandon Honda employees but they are representing the dealership. Not the end of the world by any means but not something I’d expect an employee to declare in front of a customer! Jennifer was able to make other arrangements but shouldn’t have had to in my opinion.
