We have shopped in multiple dealerships, and have experienced good and bad scenarios. Recently, I went to another Honda dealer in my area and was very disappointed. I wanted to buy a car that day, but the dealer was not cooperative and I left without making a purchase. I went online to peruse Honda models, and I was contacted by email by Simon Roese. He followed up with a phone call, but he was not pushy, and did not badger me with multiple calls as some salespeople do. I called him back and made an appointment, and I am so glad I did. Simon Roese is by far the most informed and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever experienced. He listened to our needs, showed us the Honda models, and explained their features. Simon was respectful, and did not intimidate us or pressure us in any way. He went out of his way to explain every feature on the car, and made sure we understood how to operate the technology. His professionalism was impressive, and his pleasant manner was refreshing. I wish all salespeople could be as accommodating as Simon. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon Roese to my friends, or anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. More
