Amazing Customer Service I had been dealing with a sales person name my Britany for many days prior to physically coming to the dealership to ensure I was not traveling 2 hour I had been dealing with a sales person name my Britany for many days prior to physically coming to the dealership to ensure I was not traveling 2 hours for nothing. When I found a used vehicle that everyone agreed I could afford and get financed for I set an appointment to come to Brandon Honda at 10:45am once we got here we were Britany sat us down to tell me the car I was coming to get was sold at 10pm the night before when looking at other cars she turned me down on anything I was trying to get. After speaking to a manager about how upset I was that no one called me knowing I had an appointment so I could turn around they wasted my time and gas. After speaking to him he wanted to help and give me another sales person his name was Ray Hobeika he is absolutely AMAZING!!! He made sure I was happy and that I was getting into something I wanted, he makes you feel like family and did not push you into something you didn’t want. I would suggest if your in this location he is the salesman to ask for. The financial manager Omar Rodriguez is amazing as well! Thank you Ray for everything!! More
