I walked away feeling less confident in whether I wanted to continue doing business with that particular dealership or not. I originally went in for an oil change, in which I had a coupon for which made me super excited that I was saving money. After it was said and done at 45.00 dollar oil change turned into 189.62. I was promised a complimentary car wash with the service I received. Needless to say I did not receive the carwash I was promised, but was also highly offended when approached by one of the valet employees who proceeded to tell me that I was not the owner of my own vehicle. I was a first time customer who was recommended by my brother who said they had great service and that I should take my vehicle to brandon honda. I am disappointed at the fact that I spent more than intended and was only offered a detail car wash for all my trouble. I do not believe that overall the brandon honda is a terrible place, but I do believe that some adjustments can be made. I believe that if your going to upsell customers on extra service that they may need, especially if not attended the company should at least try and provide a good discount to counteract pricey service Bill's. Possibly willing to give a second chance More
