They found that everything was fine, no need to fix anything. The CRV has over 85,000 miles on it, they could have "found" things and we wouldn't have been surprised. We will definitely return when our CRV does need work, knowing that they will again be completely honest. Plus, all the employees we talked with were very friendly and helpful. I had to take the car back today b On Tuesday May 21, 2019 I had my oil changed on my 2014 Honda Civic. Vincent Bartolomeo was my service attendant. I had to take the car back today because the splash pan was bent, also the reminder for the renewal sticker was missing. I called Vincent yesterday and he told me to bring the car in this morning. He right away assured me that Honda would look into the bent splash pan. He wasn't sure what caused the bent pan, but it was taken care of without a charge to me. I have had service here at Brandon Honda several times in the past and always was treated with care and respect. I believe this car dealer is honest and really care about their customers. I have always found the facility clean. I love the small books and greeting cards that are available for purchase. Of course, the free water and coffee is great also! :) Patricia Guerra More

Lack of basic oil change knowledge I had the oil changed in my CRV with a 1.5l turbo engine at Brandon Honda. When I checked the oil a couple of weeks later I found it was overfilled. T I had the oil changed in my CRV with a 1.5l turbo engine at Brandon Honda. When I checked the oil a couple of weeks later I found it was overfilled. They asked me to bring the car back so they could check it. I was told that I had a faulty dip stick and that it would always show overfilled with the correct amount of oil installed. They put this writing. Upon further investigation on my part I found that they had filled my oil based on the specifications for the 2.4l engine that requires more oil than my 1.5l engine. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager, his response was not to worry about it because I have a 200000 mile engine warranty if there was any damage done to my engine it would be covered. I wIll not have my vehicle serviced at Brandon Honda due to their complete lack of professionalism. My advice, check your oil. More

He explained the process to us perfectly and was very helpful explaining our warranty and GAP options. More
