Pleasant experience, professionalism at it's best! I live in Davenport, and stopped at 4 Honda dealers before Brandon Honda. Honestly, I already had more "typical" dealership salesmanship than I could I live in Davenport, and stopped at 4 Honda dealers before Brandon Honda. Honestly, I already had more "typical" dealership salesmanship than I could handle in one day after the 1st 4... but since I was already in Winter Haven and half way there... I decided to continue on to one more. I had communicated with Bill "Captain" Kirk from their website's on-line sales link and asked for him upon arrival. He was direct and to the point with no BS... and when he had a prior appointment arrive, passed me on to Zouhair "Zee" Houichi who was equally professional and straightforward. Bottom line... I SHOPPED at 5 dealerships and bought at 1! Brandon Honda... I highly recommend that any Honda shopper checks them out! More

Amazing Service We recently had to change the time belt to our Honda Pilot and Rachel was so amazing. When we got our car back we were so surprised to see it was surgically clean!! Wow. Rachel, thanks for such an amazing service and for being so caring and attentive. We are coming back many times thanks to you!! We also want to thank Hassan, who sold us the car back in December. We were there to service our old car and he convinced us to get a newer one. I base this opinion primarily on the performance and attitude of the advisor assigned, Ms Alica Gant. She was helpful and communicative regarding the needs and recommendations for my Fit. As I had no contact with the technicians performing the work, I can offer no opinion on them, but I expect time to bear witness to their expertise and efforts. There is one issue that none of the people I contacted could assist with. It appears that the 2015 Fit has a serious design flaw in that if the battery dies , after the car is locked, there is no way to access the rear storage area but to climb over the front seats into the rear passenger compartment and after obtaining the desired item (a power pack to jump-start with) climb back. Not an easy task for a 75 year old. Perhaps that should be addressed if it still exists in later models. More
