Service of my Honda Odyssey I was so impressed with the Service Dept. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Alica Gant Assistant Service Manager was very helpful. There was a recall on the air bags and I decided to take my vehicle to Brandon Honda. The new air bags were installed and Alica Gant reported to me that my vehicle was inspected by a Technician and found other issues I was not aware of how important it was to have my 2002 Odyssey serviced. It needed new belts ASAP and I thought nothing of it until she explained what could happen. She also informed me that the Technician found other issues that were important. I had my belts replaced and will have the other issues attended to. I was very pleased with this Dealership. Alica was very pleasant, and helpful. I even had a car wash. I would recommend anyone that needs their vehicle serviced, to go to Brandon Honda. My Honda has been very dependable and I want to keep it that way. More
