Came in as a walk in, so it took a little longer, but it got done, and LOVED that my car received a much needed “bath”. I do extensive travels as a Minister, back and forth to Mexico Beach - so it was like driving a new car with clean windows! The guys found my tire had a nail, and I got it patched while there. Thought I needed to change out my air filter, but was told it was fine - loved the honesty! I left very happy!!! More

All because of one man, the General Manager, Mr M Medrek. When I bought the car, the salesman and me agreed on a price. I signed the paperwork. The the salesman came back and he told me he made a mistake. I asked to see the GM. Then Mr Medrek came immediately and he honored the price. However, I felt bad about the whole deal and told the salesman I changed my mind. Then Mr Medrek came and asked me why I changed my mind and I explained to him that I do not feel good about the whole deal. He was very nice, calm and shook my hand and he told me he can understand. On my back home I received a phone call from Mr Medrek to make I arrived home safely because he noticed I was very upset and asked to reconsider my decision. I promised him I will think about it. The second day I called Mr Medrek and informed him that I am coming to buy the car. He told me that he will handle the transaction himself. When I arrived he was waiting for me and did everything for me and I bought the car that I really love. Because of Mr Medrek help, his genuine care. Him putting the customer a head of profit, I kept coming to Brandon Honda for all my service needs(I drive more than 200 miles each way). And every time Mr Medrek sees he stops and say hi and asked me about my family although he is extremely busy. Mr Medrek I feel you are my brother and you have me as a customer for life for my future Sales and Service needs. Thank you Mr Marrazi for hiring Mr Medrek. More
