BUYER BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP! BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this place! They are your typical bait and switch shady car dealership! Our salesman Chris Corrigan swore up and down tha BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this place! They are your typical bait and switch shady car dealership! Our salesman Chris Corrigan swore up and down that they could give us the deal we were wanting. Even after we explained to him that we were driving from an hour and a half away, and we had a 1 year old child with us, they made us sit in their lobby for over 4 Hours! Then the finance guy tells us that he was going to request a "special exception" from our bank to make the deal work... Proceeds to have us take delivery of the car... Then doesn't call us for... Get this... 3 WEEKS!!! Then our salesman gives us some story about needing to do a "bank interview" and tells us we need to come back in. When we do come back in our interest rate is 6 points higher than what we originally agreed to, and our payment is $65 dollars higher per month. Thankfully we gave the car back and are now working with a more reputable dealership to buy a comparable vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Excellent service all around I am a new customer of Brandon Honda. The skid plate on my 2015 Civic was damaged. I worked with Mack who ordered the necessary parts and took care I am a new customer of Brandon Honda. The skid plate on my 2015 Civic was damaged. I worked with Mack who ordered the necessary parts and took care of all the scheduling. We discovered a nail in one of my tires prior to bringing in the car. Mack offered to patch the tire as the nail was in the tread. Since the tread was pretty low I opted to get new tires, but I was happy they offered me the option to patch the tire as many places these days will only replace a tire. Mack made sure to get me all the coupons he could find to help me out. I am very happy with the service Brandon Honda provided and will bring my car back in the future. More

Brandon Honda When I first got to Brandon Honda I had sales guy named nasser salim and it went down hill from their this guy was a joke!! He should be fired!!!! He couldn’t find any of the vehicles in the lot not to mention the golf cart died as we were looking for a vehicle and we ended up trying to push the cart. Then when we came back to show me numbers that I was so disappointed in. I told him where I wanted to be monthly and he had no interest in meeting my needs. His exact words to me were “do you want to buy the car or not” are you kidding me? However as I left the dealership heading to my car a gentleman by the name of Harrison Perez approached me and asked me for 5 mins of his time. And let me just say this thank you Harrison because he went above and beyond he went back to the drawing board found a car that fits my needs met my down payment needs and all around make the experience great! Because of Harrison Perez I ended up purchasing my vehicle thru Brandon Honda. Harrison Perez is the guy at Brandon Honda!! More
