Well Done I came in for the 60k service which was performed well, I also got new tires. I was well treated by the service staff and was comfortable waiting. One negative: I ate at the counter while reading my book. The nice young woman at the counter stepped away and I heard a man behind the counter refer to her as being "as dumb as a box of rocks."
