Service Rep was Exceptional I had been in Brandon Honda on Monday for service. Two days later on July 8, my car would not start. I spoke with Alica and was provided information I had been in Brandon Honda on Monday for service. Two days later on July 8, my car would not start. Tow truck driver told me it had to be the battery after charging the battery and the car started. I drove my car to Brandon Honda rather than having it towed. My service rep was Vernon Liburd. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He was on “top” of service to my vehicle. He advised me several times while I waited. One of the best service reps I have had.
