I brought my car in to have the starter button replaced. It was Monday morning and I have never seen the line so long for service and I was afraid I would not get checked in by my appointment time. I can not tell you how many people came to see if I had been helped yet. They were so friendly and the time flew by. Someone even offered to start the paperwork for Kyle. Kyle was sorry for the wait and did not show if he was frazzled by the lines. He said the car would probably be ready by 2:30 and a few minutes before 2:30 I got a call that it was indeed ready. I used the shuttle service to get home and again the driver was so polite and friendly. I love this dealership - employees do not just smile and nod but actually speak to you as you walk through the place. Kyle always has time for my questions. Brandon Honda is tops in my book! More

As great as my sales person was, I wasn't very happy with the finance manager Tony Pratts. He started out giving me a great interest rate with my choice of bank. My credit score is high and was happy with th the finance manager Tony Pratts. He started out giving me a great interest rate with my choice of bank. My credit score is high and was happy with that. However, then he moved over to talk about buying extended warranties. I declined since I bought them with my previous Honda Fits and never used it because they are just great cars with low maintenance. I chose Gap insurance. In return he got very pushy and kept repeating himself of why I didn't want it, with me repeatedly saying no. Then he stated that it will effect my interest rate and go up if I don't buy it. At that point I was about to walk out of the dealership but we continued with the paperwork and the interest stayed how he initially set it and we had a successful financial deal with me driving home with my red jewel Fit. I've noticed in today's time as woman, especially when getting up in age, we have to stay on top of things to make sure we are not taken for granted. More
