Let’s say I’ve never had an issue with this dealership until I recently came for a tire issue. After I was sent a video and from the technician that everything was okay, 10 minutes after picking up my ca until I recently came for a tire issue. The service advisor sent the tech out to change my tire to a spare. The manager came over and rectified by compensating me for the tow and for the new tire. She kept reiterating how this should have never happened and was a safety concern. She added a few more free oil changes to also rectify situation. More
Michael Mack did a great job working with the technicians in the service department to try to resolve the issue with the transmission on my wife's 2008 Accord and helping me decide to trade it in for a new c in the service department to try to resolve the issue with the transmission on my wife's 2008 Accord and helping me decide to trade it in for a new car. The he introduced us to Chris Irvin and Stephanie Mejia who analyzed our needs and brought us a new Accord and new CRV to test drive. After helping us decide on the Accord, Chris helped me by professionally explaining the different options to choose from and working up a rough cost for us to consider. Shareif Hammad then did a superb job in working up the final costs to meet our needs, while Chris worked with Augie Cardona to schedule installation of several of the options my wife selected that enabled me to pick up the new car at a time and date that I could accommodate. Overall a very professional team effort. More

The $3k pack thry add to each vehicle for their BH advantage membership is a joke. Last time they did a simple oil change on my Jeep, I not only had a terrible experience with service, but now my jeep is leaking oil to the point where I have to lay down cardboard everywhere I go & have yet to reach back out to fix their mistakes. I'm not one to complain because I have been in the industry myself but this takes all the bad stigmatization of car buying to a new level. More

Had the worst experience overall! Started when i purchased my car from brandon honda. Started having car problems the next day after purchase. The car would not start, so i called the road side assistant that i git with the 5000 dollar brandon honda advantage plan that they make everyone pay for. The driver arrived and was a uninsured driver who damaged my car when towing it. They tell you you will receive two free oil changes and complementary first year maintenance. But all i received was oil change free. The car has a transmission problem that was never checked also had broken engine mounts. I wish i had enough money to buy brand new but this is my first time buying from a dealer and i never will again!! Buy with Caution make sure to have someone check everything because they do not care about the people!!! More
