Went to the dealership, for a cosmetic repair, was prepared to wait w/ a toddler and was mentally prepared for whatever happens, just to only pull up in the service line, signed in for the repair, NOT prepared to wait w/ a toddler and was mentally prepared for whatever happens, just to only pull up in the service line, signed in for the repair, NOT knowing service was literally a 5-7 min wait, due to me needing extra time to put the toddler back in car seat Boom, you have been serviced. We took our vehicle to Brandon Honda because we had a message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. They went right to work, our service manager, Tom Gernhart called us later and advised us the message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. They went right to work, our service manager, Tom Gernhart called us later and advised us they had found the problem. They would have to order a part and offered us a loaner. We just picked up the vehicle and Tom took the time to explain the issue in "plain English" and apologized for the delay. Then his manager, Jen called to follow up also. Service like this is what keeps us coming back to the this dealership. More
