I made an appointment to take my Civic in for service (A7). As soon as I drove up I was greeted, asked who I there to see, I gave the name; however, the person was out. I was told someone would be out to (A7). As soon as I drove up I was greeted, asked who I there to see, I gave the name; however, the person was out. I was told someone would be out to help me, I didn't have to wait long before Kyle Lampp came out to gather information. I follow him inside and he took care of everything from that point on, I didn't have to do a thing but sign the work order. The best part is I didn't have to spend half the day there waiting for my car before Kyle came to get me. The service was great, my car I can honestly say washed well, and they had covered the steering wheel, the gear shift, and the driver seat in full plastic. I thought that was really awesome! I felt good seeing the precaution taken to protect not only for me but for their employees also. I liked that a lot! The service department did a great job in repairing my CRV computer problem and Mack kept me well info0rmed throughout. The only problem was that it took 7 days to get the part delivered to the shop.
