I took my car for the oil change and to fix my TPMS and Mike Hudak and Hanani Kekuewa and Jennifer chasse took care of me and they did there best to make me totaly satisfied and happy. I had an appt, I blew a tire on the way and was going to be late so I called and rescheduled my appointment. When I arrived I was made to wait for 15 minutes before I was seen by a service adviser proceeded be late so I called and rescheduled my appointment. When I arrived I was made to wait for 15 minutes before I was seen by a service adviser proceeded to speak with 3 service technicians about other cars before addressing my issue. When he finally returned to working on my issue, I was told a tire and oil change wouldn’t be finished until Monday morning. I travelled an hour for these services because they are free here with my lease warranty. When I rescheduled my service no one mentioned to me the service department was overwhelmed and would not be able to see me today. I am frustrated and very disappointed in the service department. This is my third bad experience with service or sales at this dealership. More

I brought my car in to have the starter button replaced. It was Monday morning and I have never seen the line so long for service and I was afraid I would not get checked in by my appointment time. I can not tell you how many people came to see if I had been helped yet. They were so friendly and the time flew by. Someone even offered to start the paperwork for Kyle. Kyle was sorry for the wait and did not show if he was frazzled by the lines. He said the car would probably be ready by 2:30 and a few minutes before 2:30 I got a call that it was indeed ready. I used the shuttle service to get home and again the driver was so polite and friendly. I love this dealership - employees do not just smile and nod but actually speak to you as you walk through the place. Kyle always has time for my questions. Brandon Honda is tops in my book! More
