We took our vehicle to Brandon Honda because we had a message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. They went right to work, our service manager, Tom Gernhart called us later and advised us the message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. They went right to work, our service manager, Tom Gernhart called us later and advised us they had found the problem. They would have to order a part and offered us a loaner. We just picked up the vehicle and Tom took the time to explain the issue in "plain English" and apologized for the delay. Then his manager, Jen called to follow up also. As usual, my routine service visit was accomplished with minimum pain and hassle. Ryan Foster is my service manager and I will be requesting him in the future. Signs everywhere about social distancing but I didn't feel that seats in the waiting area where spaced far apart enough. Also there was ample room in the front of the building to put plenty of seating ou feel that seats in the waiting area where spaced far apart enough. Also there was ample room in the front of the building to put plenty of seating outdoors but there was not any seating to be found with exception of a couple of seats for the sales representatives. They do have a little cafe with movie theater prices. More
