Mike H. has been the device manager I have mainly worked with and always exceeds my expectations. If there is an issue such as , tire pressure being left lower than usually, he does all he can to make it ri with and always exceeds my expectations. I found that things have change to the better all service advisor are doing more social greetings and making you feel like you’re welcome rather than making you feel like you got to spend a fortune to get yo advisor are doing more social greetings and making you feel like you’re welcome rather than making you feel like you got to spend a fortune to get your car serviced and do you speed of the service has greatly improved since my last oil change the Service advisor that I had was very friendly knowledgeable and very polite need more like him and his name is Tom Gernhart nothing that I asked Tom to do for me was not too small and he was more than happy to do what I asked so I see a big improvement in the overall operation of Brandon Honda and I will return to get more work done in the near future.
