Mike has to be the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with. He decides to take and extra long lunch and have his customers waiting. Oil change was completed within 30 minutes I did not leave the de dealt with. He decides to take and extra long lunch and have his customers waiting. Kyle Lampp was the service personnel who handled my visit. He was personable and professional in all aspects, and made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I was particularly pleased because I had no visit. He was personable and professional in all aspects, and made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I was particularly pleased because I had not made an appointment to have the car serviced, but had driven directly to Brandon Honda when the maintenance warning light came on while I was driving on another errand. The time spent waiting was reasonable, and the entire service was completed. More
