Ryan Broome, service manager, was very attentive and kept me informed about the service on my vehicle. When delivered, the software update had not completed and there was a problem. Took my Civic in to have the AC looked at. Everyone at the service center was very attentive and made sure they fully understood my concerns. My service writer was Kyle and he was very friendly and profes the service center was very attentive and made sure they fully understood my concerns. Once again I was impressed with the service at Brandon Honda! Devin was very helpful, went over the history of my service, and took great care of me!
