Ryan Broome, service manager, was very attentive and kept me informed about the service on my vehicle. When delivered, the software update had not completed and there was a problem. Took my Civic in to have the AC looked at. Everyone at the service center was very attentive and made sure they fully understood my concerns. He discussed the warranty option for my vehicle but also made sure I was aware of any reason why the warranty wouldn’t cover me so I wouldn’t be caught off caught. Once again I was impressed with the service at Brandon Honda! Devin was very helpful, went over the history of my service, and took great care of me!
