My battery was on warranty, 100 months warranty. They replaced it right away. Got oil change and ready to go ! Tyler helped me. He was nice and very professional. Poor service with bad attitude. I had an 8:30am appointment Friday. I arrived at 8:20am. A young man took my info. i went into the waiting room to wait for the completion of a simple I had an 8:30am appointment Friday. I arrived at 8:20am. A young man took my info. i went into the waiting room to wait for the completion of a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting I went to check on my car. They said it had not been written up yet. Jen said I would be next in line. Over one hour later she said it was done. My $35 service fee became $48.66. I was so tired of all this that I signed the receipt and she told me to go out and wait by the curb. I did so and waited another 15 minutes before someone told me that I was suppose to go the a station to get my keys. Seems like she was getting even with me! Yesterday i got an email from Brandon Honda stating that I missed my appointment. I will never go back to Brandon Honda again! More
