Vernon was very apologetic and came right away and explained everything and picked up my car signed the papers, he put down covering in the car and explained they would sterilize the car before they brought it back.. He texted me his reach number when he got back to the dealership. He checked with me through out the day with additional items to be done (filters) to get approvals. He let me know when the car would be done and an approximate price. Called when it was finished and drove to the house. Vernon explained everything that was done to the car and suggested that I really should have the brake and transmission fluids changed next time I'm in for service, gave me the papers and cleaned my keys before he returned them to me. Vernon was 5 STAR GREAT! Just the messed up appointment time was the B.S. which was not his fault. More
