My experience from setting the appointment to driving in and meeting Michael H and completing the service was beyond measure. Michael was pleasant, answered all my questions and concerns and even told me about the new virus protection product that was being offered. His knowledge, concern and personalized treatment provided the feeling of true customer service. After having my car serviced, I took advantage of having my car sprayed with the new virus and germ treatment and followed up on Tuesday to have our second car treated where I was assisted by another Michael - Michael M. Both days great experience. Also, while waiting, I was able to work in the immaculate waiting area with the appropriate social distancing; very appreciative. More
